The "Cozart” name is a registered trademarks of Cozart Bioscience Limited. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, the Owner does not grant any express or implied right to you under any patents, trademarks, copyrights or trade secret information, and you must not, use the "Cozart” name or any other registered or unregistered trade marks displayed on the Website without the prior written consent of an authorized officer of the Owner.

11. No Warranty
The Owner is providing the Website and its contents on an “as is” and an “as available” basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, merchantability or title in relation to the Website. For the avoidance of doubt, the Owner does not exclude the warranties of title or satisfactory quality in relation to goods sold via the Website.
